Flow Gauges - Mechanical Type
The simple construction of Flow Gauges / Indicator, without any power supply or, battery.
PELTON WHEEL FLOW INDICATOR, WHEEL FLOW INDICATOR, SIGHT GLASS TUBE- these few types are available with us.
SIGHT GLASS TUBE is just a transparent tube, through which we can see the fluid passing through it.
But in case of PELTON WHEEL FLOW INDICATOR & WHEEL FLOW INDICATOR through the transparent window we can see the rotating Wheel, which confirms the availability of Flow.
Max. Working Pressure : 10 to 20 bar depending on the model we select
Max. Working Temperature : -15 up to 100 degree C depending on the model we select
End Connections : BSP or, NPT threaded ends, Flanged ends and Swivel type ends
Applications : These type of Flow Gauges are perfectly suitable to take an idea of the liquid flow rate through the pipe line. These are very commonly used in Oil Extrusion Machines, Plastic Molding Machines, Casting Industries, Cement Industries, Vacuum Pump Cooling Systems, Mechanical Seal Manufacturing units etc. applications where unidirectional flow is possible. These Flow Gauges can be used for Hard Water as well as various oils of 12 up to 110 cst viscosity.
